In St. Petersburg There Will Be a Unique World Branded Hotel

The Memorandum of mutual understanding was signed between the administration of Northern capital and LLC “the Lotus Group Plaza”. The document was signed by the governor of Petersburg, Mrs. Valentine Matvienko, the chairman of Managing Board, Mr. Boris Zingarevich and the asset managing chairman of the company, Mr. Neil Fireman.
According to the document, LLC “the Lotus Group Plaza” will build in the center of Petersburg 5-stars hotel under one of the world-known brands. As a chairman of managing Board, Mr. B.Zingarevich has not decided on its location yet as well as versions of reconstruction of existing buildings are also under consideration.
« The site should meet the requirements assumed. It should be a hotel with a world level of service, since among 25000 rooms in hotels in Petersburg not a single is satisfactory”, - Mr. B.Zingarevich has told.
