One Bad Turn Deserves Another
19 ìàÿ 2009 ã.

Three large American banks — “Morgan Stanley”, “Goldman Sachs” and “JP Morgan” — are willing to repay to the state. As reported, they have turned to the Federal Reserve with the request to return 45 billion dollars which they had received as an aid last October. Their expectations aim getting rid of extra restrictions — for example, bonuses for managing board and distribution. Nevertheless the American administration is unlikely to accept their initiative. It is evident that in this case small banks might be harmed. If, for example, “Goldman Sachs” is free from swaddling clothes, nothing will avoid them to entice the personnel away the competitors. And afterwards common obligees would side with it as to the stronger market player.
