The “Honda Motor Rus” Company Claims For Retiring 87 Vehicles Stocked in Its St. Petersburg Dealer

As reported, those cars were delivered just in 2008; however they are still not paid. The total sum due to be paid is more than 2 million dollars. At the same time those buyers who have already paid, but not received these cars, declare, that the vehicles already belong to another owner. As reported, “Honda Motor Rus” has sold our paid cars to some third party which name is unknown at the present. All our claims to the official dealer of Honda in Moscow, “The Honda Motor Rus” as well as to the headquarters in Japan have remained without the answer and attention.

While the losers try to get the cars recovered, unfortunately they are not succeeding yet. Besides them three creditor banks of the “Fast Motor” company and its counterparts lay claim to the before mentioned cars. The sum of claims is estimated more than in 100 million roubles.
