The sites where cases of infection are suspected to take place are marked pink; yellow is used as a marker for those, where these suspicions have not been proved, and purple –for the confirmed or probable cases. Fatal episodes appear as absence of a point in a marker.

She complained « of some ailments, weakness, a running nose and congested pipes». The case was diagnosed as Acute Respiratory Viral Infection (ARVI). The global flash of the disease brought panic in its wake. That caused a record spammer activity. As it was informed, on Monday the Internet was deluged with spam letters, offering to purchase medicines for this terrible illness. Activity of cyber gazumpers aimed theft of the confidential information about users. Addressees of those messages were offered links to sites of counterfeit online-drugstores where ostensibly it was possible to get medicines. In some cases, according to McAfee expert Mr. Dave Marcus, users were abducted data of their credit cards.
