The law on campaign against inside was adopted
18 àïðåëÿ 2009 ã.
Inside information is defined as “information that it’s commercial, ministerial, the give-away of which can impact significantly the prices of the financial markets or the financial goods, or other classified information, the access to which can be limited by the federal laws”. To insiders the draft law assigns particularly the governmental and municipal employees and the employees of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, who have an access to the confidential information. According to the law, in case of the necessary enforcement of investigation activities to expose violation in the field of the inside information the mechanism of law enforcement agencies involvement is provided.
