The Finns will know more about Petersburg

 “Days of Saint-Petersburg in Helsinki” are opening In the capital of Finland. It will be marked by the arrival of the delegation from “the Northern capital” headed by the Vice Governor, the head of the Saint - Petersburg Governor Administration Alexander Vakhmistrov. This was announced in the press service of the Governor of Saint – Petersburg. In Helsinki the meeting of the Finnish counselor group affiliated to the Government of Saint – Petersburg will take place.

“Vodokanal Sankt - Peterburga” and the North investment bank (Finland) will sign an agreement. The Vice Governor A.Vakhmistrov will have a meeting with the mayor of Helsinki U.Payunen and then in the State Council of Finland will have a talk with Prime Minister of Finland M.Vanhanen.

In “Sipuli” congress hall the seminar “Investment appeal of Saint-Petersburg” and a panel discussion “Saint-Petersburg – Finland- 200 years together” will be held. In the harbor of Helsinki the presentation of transport- logistical complex of Saint – Petersburg will be held and the seminar on cooperation in the field of transport among Petersburg and the capital of Finland will come about.

Among cultural events there is a concert devoted to the of Days of Saint – Petersburg,  a concert of Russian spiritual music in the church of the Holy Trinity, of Easter music in the Cathedral, the opening of joint exhibition of Petersburg painters and The Union of Artists EUMAN (Finland), the photo exhibition “ The Churches of Saint - Petersburg”, the exhibition “Saint – Petersburg and the Finnish science”. It’s worth mentioning that all events are devoted to the 200 anniversary of Finland’s sovereignty.
