Kudrin : 2010 budget expenses will decrease by 9 trillion roubles

The planned expenditures of the federal budget of the Russian Federation will decrease from 10,3 trillion roubles to 9 trillion roubles.it was announced by the head of the Ministry of Finance, Vice Prime Minister Alexei Kudrin at the collegium of the Ministry.
He also noted that Russia is not planning to switch to the mechanism of the implementation of tax payments in commodity form.
According to Kudrin, currently the mechanism of the implementation of tax payments in commodity form is being offered.
“We will never accept it. There is a point of view that this way we can ensure the existence of the enterprises. We won’t ensure but only undermine the financial system”, marked the Vice Prime Minister.
