The banks will receive 8,7 billion roubles for loans from the Cenral Bank of the Russian Federation

According to the results of the unsecured loans auction for Russian banks the Central Bank of Russian Federation will provide the market participants 8,739 billion dollars, announced by the press-service of Moscow Central Stock Exchange.

The funds will be granted a time of five weeks from April 15, 2009 to May 20, 2009. The cutoff rate on the auction amounted to 15,5 % per annum, average weighted active rate  - 16,28 % per annum.

It’s worth mentioning that flotation limit fixed by the Bank of Russia for today’s auction amounted to 15 billion roubles. 19 credit organizations took part in the auction, the total amount of file applications to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation comes to 8,739 billion roubles.

In addition, on April 14 the auction of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on the placement of contemporary surplus funds of the federal budget on bank money will be held. The banks will be able to receive funds for the term of three months. In the course of the auction the market participants will be offered 50 billion roubles. The minimum replacement tax will amount to 15% per annum. The maximum number of the bids from each credit organization for drawdown from the Ministry of the Finance – 5 items, the minimal volumet of a bid – 10 billion roubles.
