The Government of the Russian Federation Will Consider the Program of Anti-recessionary Measures

At Thursday session the government of the Russian Federation will consider the project of the program of anti-recessionary measures for the year 2009. The minister of economic progress Mrs Elvira Nabiullina will report about it, the governmental press-service informs.

The Head of Ministery of Economic progress also will inform about realization of measures for improvement of a situation in financial sector and separate branches of economy.

Besides the project of investment programs of subjects of electric power industry for 2009 and for the scheduled period 2010 and 2011 will be discussed.

Minister of the industry and commerce of the Russian Federation, Mr. Victor Khristenko will report on the basic directions in order to improve the state regulation of trading activity and development of commerce in Russia in 2009.

The government also will consider the project of the federal law about modification in the seventh part of an article 236 and exclusion of the ninth part of an article 246 of the Criminal-procedure Code of the Russian Federation ».

Besides, the project of the federal law on modification of article 13 of the federal law « About a legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation » will be discussed.

Totally 8 questions are stated in the agenda of session of the government.
