Mr. Shuvalov: the Russian Business Has Adapted for Crisis

The Russian business adapted for financial crisis, however difficulties will last for extra 3 years. It has been declared today by the first vice-premier of the Russian Federation Mr. Igor Shuvalov. « Today everyone is already adapted, — he has told. —someone meets himself in more onerous situation, someone feels better, and someone met new opportunities ».

In this situation the government is ready to give support, however ascertains, that « business is adapted ». As a plus for Russia, the first vice-premier considers, is the fact, the basis for structural transformations is more privilege , than in the USA and the Europe . « We had overpassed a greater shock, but we can react more flexibly, “— he’s assured.

« Most likely, it will last more than a year, — Shuvalov has told. — we spoke about the term of 3th years ». For this period, he has emphasized, it is important « to carry out some structural transformations ». This subject matter, as he has said, was risen, in particular, at the last summit of "twenty" by leaders of many states.

For Russia, considers Shuvalov, it is important to promote realization of all pre-crisis plans, not refusing from strategic programs. Crisis complicates their realization, he has noted. However also crisis offers additional opportunities, for example, sufficient release of labor  is useful for small business and educational establishments.

Both the president and prime-minister, has reminded Mr. Shuvalov, all time require actions for fulfillment of the strategic plan. « We are doing it », — he has assured.
